In the maintenance, most induction cookers are generally connected to the inner ring at 300V, and the outer ring is connected to the C pole of the IGBT tube. Most models can be connected in both forward and reverse directions, but some can not be connected casually. There is a large current that damages the 1GBT tube failure, so make a mark during maintenance and try to avoid reverse connection.


There are four connection methods for electromagnetic reels:


1. The coil of the reel is from the inner counterclockwise flat type. The inner ring of the model is generally connected to + 300V at the beginning, and the outer ring is connected to the c pole of the gate control tube at the end.


2. For the organic type inner ring, the leading end is connected to the C pole of the gate control tube, and the outer ring leading end is connected to the end + 300V.


3. The coil of the reel is from the inner clockwise to the inner side of the model. The inner ring is usually connected to + 300V at the beginning, and the outer ring is connected to the c pole of the gate control tube at the end.


4. For the organic type inner ring, the leading end is connected to the c-pole of the gate control tube, and the leading end of the outer ring is connected to the end + 300V.
